Welcome to Four Oaks Farm and our growing herd of Tennessee Fainting Goats.  We appreciate your stopping by and hope you enjoy your visit.
Our goal is to produce healthy, physically correct, friendly, and colorful goats.  We've tried to accomplish this with good quality breeding stock, regular worming, proper diet, and regular handling.
Fainting Goats are a wonderful and unique breed of goats.  Easily fenced and handled, they are a great choice for the homestead, commercial breeder or as back yard pets.  We have found them to be excellent mothers and typically produce twins.
We are members of the Myotonic Goat Registry   where our stock is registered.  It is also a privilege to be part of the conservation work of the American Livestock Conservancy where the Tennessee Fainting goat is listed as a rare breed.  Click here for a nice description of the breed itself.
If you are new to animal husbandry or are an experienced breeder, we hope to be a part of your ongoing experience.
